Set of 6 Recycled Kantha Place Mats

Unique and Different
I bought these for my daughter in law for a gift. They just had a large custom table made for their backyard. I thought these would look great under the market lights. They are different than any thing else that I have seen.I bought a dozen. I would be happy to use them. I hope they like them.

Beautiful but even hand washing and air drying caused them to shrink. It's not the kantha cloth but the cotton backing that shrinks, causing the fabric to bunch up. They are now about half the size of what they were when I bought them and essentially useless.
very 70s. okay but designs not as interesting as pictured. If you return this or anything, beware the 20% restocking fee! If you get their return label--they don't charge a shipping fee, they take 20% of your purchase. Highway robbery!

We just ask that you provide us with the return tracking number so that you can be promptly refunded. Credit will not be given for returns made pass the 30 day limit.
Almost good ..., but not quite
I like the individuality of them, and one or two are quite nice, but the prettiest one came with several badly mended tears right in the middle. (I wrote to West End about that and got no response.) Colors are less vibrant than appear on the screen. Bottom line: buyer beware.

I am so disappointed. I really loved these placemats and matching runner when I received them. Problem is they were ruined the first time I washed them. I followed the directions and air-dried, but something happened (shrunk?) so the backing pulls the front quilted pieces into wrinkles and puckers. There is no way I would have this on the table when we can start entertaining again!
