Wall Bar with Fold Down Shelf

Received the product. It was as expected, except no instructions or fasteners for the wall mount. A piece to attach to the shelf with screws was included but nothing for the wall, nor instructions. If you can send instructions and/or wall mount fasteners, I'd rate the product higher.
